Poppy’s Therapeutic Corner, LLC is growing and we are looking for independent contractors, to provide clinical outpatient therapy services to adults, children/teens, couples and families referred to our practice.
Poppy’s Therapeutic Corner, LLC is seeking a self-motivated and caring Ohio licensed mental health clinician (must be an LPC, LSW, LPCC, LISW,LPCC-S, LISW-S) with experience providing therapy to adults, children and their families in an office setting.
Duties
Services may include conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, obtaining psycho-social history, providing individual, couples and/or family therapy.
The therapist will maintain the client file.
The therapist must submit timely and complete notes, treatment plans, assessments, and other applicable documentation from all completed sessions as needed for reimbursement.
Responsibilities
Perform on-site clinical counseling services to clients of Poppy's Therapeutic Corner, LLC, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.
Maintain a minimum caseload of 10 clients weekly.
Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for all clients.
Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of Poppy's Therapeutic Corner, LLC.
Be respectful, cooperative and collaborative with co-workers.

Salary: $41.00/hour to $77.00/hour (Depending on licensure)
